Bar Exam Format
The exam lasts two days. On day one, two Multistate Performance Test (MPT) questions and six Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) questions are given. On day two, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered. Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Multistate Bar Review Course.
Bar Exam Scoring Information
The scores from each day are averaged.
MPRE Requirements

South Dakota Bar Exam Pass Percentage

Bar Exam MBE Reciprocity
Limited - May, at its discretion, accept MBE scores of at least 130 if taken within prior 25 months and applicant was admitted in that jurisdiction.
